- Plan and organize video editing tasks, including setting deadlines and overseeing their implementation;
- Systematize and organize video archives, including primary footage, installed video, audio and special effects folders, licenses;
- Monitor video metrics, interpret data in order to improve them;
- Coordinate video releases;
- Ensure the quality of editing, visual effects and sound design;
- Develop leadership in post-production by encouraging team engagement (both remote and local teams).
What we expect:
- Ability to ensure smooth cooperation between teams with excellent communication and listening skills;
- Logical thinking and ability to work with Excel tables;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
- Time planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Understanding of video production and post-production processes and interest in YouTube content would be an advantage;
- Video editing experience would be an advantage.
