- 40% - independent contribution to work, desire to learn and improve;
- 30% - observation and listening while working with a practice mentor;

Requirements:
- Has English language skills, Russian is an advantage;
- You are motivated;
- Takes a responsible approach to work and assigned tasks;
- Has the opportunity to get a job after the internship.
