Internship in the field of investment projects (unpaid, but with the possibility of employment after the internship)

UAB "Eika Asset Management" (www.eam.lt) is an investment fund management company associated with the EIKA group of companies (www.eika.lt), one of the largest real estate developers and managers in Lithuania and with more than 30 years of experience in the market.

Currently, UAB "Eika Asset Management" manages four real estate funds investing in both commercial and residential projects, as well as renewable energy projects in the European Union.

Nature of work:

  • Various tasks related to the identification and search of commercial real estate investments;
  • Preparation and presentation of analyzes (macro and micro), business plans, internal reports;
  • Organization of work with project partners (lawyers, technical team, tax experts, marketing specialists, etc.);
  • Comprehensive assistance in managing the project and representing the fund;
  • Deepening existing partnerships and developing new ones in Lithuanian and foreign markets;

It would be great if you:

  • You are studying or have a higher education in the field of economics, finance, business management, administration or business information management;
  • You know how to analyze data, you are able to work with MS Excel and MS Power Point;
  • Interested in real estate, fund management, finance or banking;
  • You are responsible, diligent, quick to react, proactive and innovative;
  • We would consider the knowledge of English a great advantage.
