Nature of work
Ability to get acquainted with various personnel administration processes and systems
Administration of vacations, business trips and working time, monitoring of discrepancies
Administration of employee files: e-mail filing of cases, e-mail distribution of documents to them
Digitization of documents: comparison of paper documents with documents in the electronic file, ensuring that a copy of the paper document exists in the electronic file
Requirements for the candidate
A tripartite contract is necessary for practice
Possibility to devote 3 - 6 months to practice.
Good knowledge of English or German
Diligence, attentiveness, responsibility, desire to learn
