Intern in the Personnel Administration Department (paid internship)

In Lithuania, there are currently 72 stores and a distribution center in Kaunas and Vilnius. Currently, we are inviting an intern to join the team of the Personnel Administration Department.


Nature of work

• Ability to get acquainted with various personnel administration processes and systems
• Administration of vacations, business trips and working time, monitoring of discrepancies
• Administration of employee files: e-mail filing of cases, e-mail distribution of documents to them
• Digitization of documents: comparison of paper documents with documents in the electronic file, ensuring that a copy of the paper document exists in the electronic file

Requirements for the candidate

• A tripartite contract is necessary for practice
• Possibility to devote 3 - 6 months to practice.
• Good knowledge of English or German
• Diligence, attentiveness, responsibility, desire to learn
