Intern in the Business Continuity team

The largest supplier of centralized heating and hot water in Lithuania is looking for motivated, courageous and environmentally conscious interns! One of our two values is "the courage to act". "Dare to act!" is a paid summer internship program at the VŠT. This is a great opportunity to start a career, because during it you can get to know the organization, its culture, values, learn about a specific field of activity directly from professionals in your field.

The paid internship program lasts 2 months (July and August) - it's a great opportunity to make sense of your free time in the summer and start your journey with us towards clean and efficient energy.

The Business Continuity Team, at first glance, with an interesting and perhaps somewhat obscure name, covers the extremely important topic of security - risk management, occupational safety, cyber security, sustainability, compliance and data protection. Safe operation allows us to ensure the continuity of our operations and is one of the key elements in fostering transparency, sustainability and an anti-corruption environment.

We will entrust the future colleague to perform declaration of public interests, sanctions checks, declaration of lobbying activities, and prepare rules and instructions that will help the company move towards even greater security and sustainability.

Long summer weekends - we work 4 working days a week;

We will invite you to a tour of our E-2 Monstre (the second thermal power plant of the city of Vilnius) and tell many interesting stories and explain the path of heat and hot water to your home;
You will widen your circle of acquaintances - you will get to know not only highly valued specialists in your field throughout Lithuania, but also other interns;
We attach special importance to education, so we will invite you to participate in the trainings held within the company;
