BRAND MANAGER (COSMETICS AREA)

1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new brands, including organizing photoshoots and product presentations.
2. Implement product positioning strategies.
3. Plan, create, publish, and analyze social media content and manage communities on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
4. Plan and execute advertising projects.
5. Organize the layout and production of advertising materials and collaborate with advertising agencies.
6. Analyze the cosmetics market and stay up-to-date on trends, adapting them to digital media channels.
7. Lead the international team and develop strategies for your assigned brands.
8. Work with influencers.
9. Analyze sales and market data.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Brand management experience of at least 3 years
3. Work experience or understanding of international markets
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
7. Initiative and creativity, aesthetic sense.
8. Exceptional proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages (at least B2 level)
9. Experience working with cosmetics or beauty brands is an asset.
10. Advantage if the candidate has knowledge of Facebook ads.
