Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of marketing;
- Successful experience of organizing marketing projects and communication on digital channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, other) (at least 2 years);
- Experience in the field of medicine or in clinics providing dermatology and aesthetic surgery services (advantage);
- Knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Leadership and proactivity, ability to independently plan and coordinate marketing projects and implement ideas as a team;
- Ability to work in a team, flexibly react to a changing situation, communication skills;
- Correct Lithuanian language, good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage);
- Ability to write texts, prepare videos and other materials for social channels.
Nature of work
- In cooperation with the medical staff working in the clinics, organize marketing campaigns and evaluate their effect on the sales results of the clinic;
- Work with social networks: creation and administration of social network content (text, video, visuals);
- Implementation of communication tools in traditional media channels (TV, outdoor advertising, radio, other);
- Preparation of promotional materials and other representative tools (booklets, flyers, etc.);
- Development of Google search optimization (SEO) and implementation of necessary measures;
- Administration of website content, preparation of communication, providing and implementing suggestions for improvement;
- Administration and development of the Google analytics tool. Analysis of website traffic, qualitative indicators, providing suggestions for improvement;
- Coordination of sending newsletters to patients and development of the newsletter system.
Salary
2631-3173 €/mon. gross
