The client of Eligo Partners is a company providing business support services in the international trade market. We are inviting a Brand Manager to join the growing team, who would establish and maintain trusting relationships with partners. We rely on you to find ways to outperform your competitors and maintain a positive corporate image. To be successful in this job, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage relationships, think creatively, and build relationships. We also expect you to be a strategic, analytical thinker with good problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients;
- Determining customer needs and requirements and offering appropriate solutions;
- Meetings with brand representatives;
- Preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to clients;
- Effective and timely resolution of complaints and problems;
- Promoting high-quality service processes and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Representation of the company at global exhibitions and product presentations.
Requirements:
- Similar work experience as sales manager(s) (Key Account Manager), customer service or relationship building experience with clients (Client Relationship Manager);
- English language skills (strong B1-B2 level);
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently;
- Excellent communication skills when working with different departments and clients;
- Ability to foster positive relationships;
- Teamwork and leadership skills;
- Customer orientation;
- MS Office package knowledge (advanced Excel skills);
- Ability to travel for business purposes (no more than a few times per quarter).
