The activities of the SKUBA group of companies are wholesale and retail trade of spare parts for trucks, semi-trailers, trailers and buses. The central warehouse of the entire SKUBA group, which stores truck parts, employs 100 people who are distributed in all warehousing processes: receipt, identification, delivery, assembly, inspection and delivery of goods.
The warehouse has a LEAN system, which is used to record the daily work results of employees, improve warehousing processes and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
