Nature of work
- Active development of the product category in the markets of the Baltic countries (IT products: computers, monitors, etc.). Assortment formation, pricing, sales promotion and marketing initiatives.
- Development of cooperation with trade partners, building and maintaining relationships.
- Cooperation with equipment manufacturers and suppliers on pricing, trade development, assortment, marketing and supply issues.
- Organization of product introduction to the market, organization and management of trainings and presentations for business partners and the company's sales team.
- Initiation and organization of sales promotion actions in cooperation with sales and marketing teams.
- Product basket management: balance monitoring, demand forecasting, supply planning, product ordering, sales management.
- Market competitive analysis, response to market changes and changed consumer needs.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of IT market in Lithuania, used technologies and equipment. You are actively interested in innovations in this field.
- Has 2-3 years of successful experience in product management, sales, and commerce.
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to cooperate in a team.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility, you are detailed in assessing situations and opportunities.
- Has good planning skills, is characterized by analytical thinking and is able to independently organize his activities and make decisions.
- Has excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (oral and written).
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
