- Performing trade operational work;
- Working with internal systems (summing information of new Marketplace sellers, managing operations);
- Analysis and resolution of late orders and returns;
- Answering inquiries and communicating on various issues with LV, EE, LT sellers of the Trade Department;
- Solving problematic issues by providing proposals to the direct manager for solving emerging problems.
Employee requirements:
- Has work experience in commerce/customer service/call centers;
- Has good computer skills;
- You speak and write fluently in English and Polish;
- You are focused on the result;
- You are energetic, proactive, positive and work well in a team.
