Nature of work:
We are looking for a team member who will initiate and develop a new branch of the company's activity - trade, gradually assemble a team and lead it.
- Create and develop new company trade projects, partnerships and sales channels;
- Searching for clients (buyers) and suppliers, organizing and executing the trade process;
- Analysis of the market and competitors, identification of opportunities in the implementation of new business projects or initiatives;
- Monitoring the profitability of commercial activities and providing insights;
- Participating in meetings, representing the company, conducting negotiations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of similar experience with successful results in business development/product sales;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages;
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
- Strategic thinking, excellent communication and collaboration skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
