A complex job position looks like this:
- Independent planning of daily work;
- Visiting sales points - in Utena, Zarasai and Visaginas, coordination of salon activities, realization of quality and sales results;
- Formation of teams, scheduling of positions, execution of selections as needed;
- Introduction of employees, training, providing feedback, individual discussion of results;
- Support of the team's positive internal climate, fostering of the company's values;
- Analysis of results, appropriate work planning in order to realize goals.

- Understand sales processes, have sales/customer service experience;
- Focuses on team members, seeks to motivate, educate and help;
