Nature of work
- Search for premises that meet the company's requirements in Vilnius, Kaunas;
- Negotiations with potential landlords;
- Conclusion of rental contracts under the terms of the lessee;
- Preparation of the object for presentation;
- Preparation of the investment budget;
- Opening of the store (solution of technical and organizational matters necessary for opening the store) under the guidance of the company's curator.
Employee requirements
- Experience in networking or real estate (from 1 year);
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Experience in concluding lease agreements;
- Experience in opening stores from scratch is desirable;
- Understanding of basic requirements, ability to organize construction/engineering works in the facility;
- Driver's license, car;
