Narbutas International's Customer Service Department is currently looking for a manager(s) of the Claims Management Group.
Narbutas International's Customer Service Department is currently looking for a manager(s) of the Claims Management Group.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare group strategies and action plans;
- Prepare the group budget and ensure its compliance;
- Analyze business and customer needs, perform analysis of claims processes, make suggestions for improving the efficiency and quality of claims processes and functions;
- Ensure smooth cooperation with other departments;
- Form, educate and motivate team members.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Leadership, project management experience;
- Ability to analyze, manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions, make decisions;
- Be able to independently plan, organize activities, choose work methods;
- Communicability, initiative, responsibility;
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of the English language (B2);
- Higher education.
