We are inviting a PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT MANAGER to join the Vilmers team, who is waiting for:

• Coordination of the assigned part of the production process in the production department: execution of production plans, efficient use of raw materials, increase of production efficiency, analyses;
  
• supervising the work of subordinate employees, solving emerging problems, motivating the team;
  
• ensuring the fulfillment of work safety requirements;
  
• supervision of the induction process of new employees.
  

We are looking for a new team member who:

• Must have accumulated at least 1 year of similar work experience (in production areas - an advantage);
  
• has a higher education;
  
• has good computer literacy (MS Office package);
  
• knows processes and is able to organize work;
  
• able to make rational decisions in problematic situations.
