Job description
- responsible for fire safety of buildings. Building fire safety administration and maintenance:
- employee training;
- administration, filling, control of logs related to fire safety;
- control of fire extinguishers, evacuation signs, validity of plans, maintenance, elimination of inconsistencies;
- participation in inspections, representation of the university, elimination of deficiencies.
- execution of inspections and repairs of fire protection systems (alarms, extinguishing systems, stations) - organization, ensuring the operation of systems, administration of logs;
- maintenance of security systems (alarms), troubleshooting, organization of repairs, administration, training of employees.
Employee requirements
- have at least a university education in the field of engineering or technological sciences. Electrical safety studies would be considered an advantage;
- know the laws of the Republic of Lithuania related to fire safety, its requirements, rules and other related legal acts;
- have at least 2 years of experience in the field of fire safety;
- be of impeccable reputation;
- be able to work with the Microsoft Office software package and be able to use information systems;
- be able to independently plan, delegate and organize work;
- be able to analyze and summarize information, fluently presenting ideas in writing and orally;
- have a Fire Safety certificate;
- have a category B driver's license.
