Nature of work
We are looking for an energetic and creative teacher in a small community kindergarten, in a mixed age group.
Our children are raised with love and attention, so we are looking for a gentle, but able to draw boundaries, experienced worker with children. Our corners are not set up for children - we use respectful communication methods to negotiate with them, so we are looking for someone who can understand the little citizens, who knows how to maintain a respectful atmosphere.
We are very small, so we help each other, we communicate in a friendly and warm way, we are looking for a colleague who we want to accept as our little family.
