Nature of work

• Administration of the company's incoming and outgoing documents, checking of accounts
• Administrative and organizational support for company employees and managers
• Mail correspondence administration
• The company's general e-mail mail maintenance
• Welcoming and directing guests, maintaining order in meeting rooms
• Providing employees with office and representative goods

Requirements for the candidate

• Work experience in the field of office administration is an advantage
• Higher Education
• Excellent computer and clerical skills
• Good knowledge of English and/or German
• Organizational skills, communication and helpfulness to colleagues
