Position in the company and nature of the job offered:
- Formation of the marketing strategy of priority brands (PPŽ), ensuring its implementation
- Preparation and management of PPŽ support and development budgets
- Generation of priority brand development and promotion initiatives
- Introducing new brands to the market
- Measuring the effectiveness of implemented marketing actions, generating conclusions and proposals
- Analysis of sales results of priority brands, preparation of conclusions and solutions to promote sales, increase brand awareness, reporting
- Close cooperation with internal purchasing, assortment category analysis departments, internal designers, social communication specialist and external agencies
Competencies required for successful work:
- High university education, specialization in marketing
- Excellent understanding of brand development/new brand launch strategies and tactics
- At least 2-3 years of successful experience working with the introduction of brands to the market, their development and influencing sales, mandatory
- Ability to think strategically, creativity, ability to see / generate innovative solutions and effectively achieve set goals
- Ability to work in a team, react quickly and flexibly to various situations, combine various interests and achieve set goals
- Very good communication skills in English (written, oral)
