Planas Chuliganas - one of the largest and fastest growing customer service centers in the Baltic States (woohooo), invites an IT specialist to join its team, who would contribute to the successful operation of the IT department! 😜 What will your working day look like?
- Employee consulting and assistance in IT matters
- MS Office 365 administration
- Preparation, maintenance, diagnostics of computerized workstations
- Regular maintenance of IT infrastructure, internal network, servers
- Ordering/administration of new hardware/software
💜 We hope you:
- Has experience in MS Office 365 administration
- Has a higher (higher non-university) IT, informatics education (may be a 3-4 year student)
- You are communicative, a person who tends to help others, who feels good both being part of a team and working independently
- Good knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, MS Office 365, monitoring systems and interested in IT security
- You are able to plan your time, have a strong sense of responsibility, want to work in a dynamic environment
- You are flexible, attentive and passionate about achieving the best results
- Learn English (advantage)
- Experience working with security systems, knowledge of operating systems (iOS, MS Windows) - a big advantage
