Narbutas International's People and Culture Department is currently looking for a Head of the Recruitment and Selection Team, who will ensure the company's recruitment process and the implementation of the company's hiring plan.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES FOR THIS POSITION:

Review and analyze existing recruitment and selection processes and initiate measures for improvement;
Ensure the implementation of management solutions for the recruitment process;
Ensure the implementation of the hiring plan for new employees;
To cooperate with department heads, to help them solve challenges related to identifying the need for employees, hiring and maintaining them;
Review/analyze/initiate employee attraction strategy, including employer image formation initiatives;
Ensure the efficiency of the work of the recruitment team and the development of competences;
Monitor labor market trends and implement innovations in the field of employee recruitment;
Conduct selections (candidate search, attraction and evaluation) as needed.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:

At least 4 years of successful work experience in the field of selections;
At least 2 years of successful team management experience;
Higher education (in the fields of human resource management, psychology or business management - an advantage);
Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
Good time planning skills, strong sense of responsibility, organization;
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

3300-4000 €/mon. gross
