Narbutas International's People Experience Department is currently looking for a Recruiting and Selection Specialist whose primary goal is to ensure that the organization has competent and well-selected employees that meet its needs and goals.
Narbutas International's People Experience Department is currently looking for a Recruiting and Selection Specialist whose primary goal is to ensure that the organization has competent and well-selected employees that meet its needs and goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES FOR THIS POSITION:
- Actively search for and select production specialists through various channels;
- Organize job interviews and ensure a professional selection process;
- Educate and advise managers on all issues related to selection;
- Take care of a suitable and orderly office environment where everyone feels comfortable and motivated;
- Ensure that the office is equipped with all the necessary tools for work;
- Receive guests and help colleagues in various organizational matters.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- At least 2 years of successful experience in the field of employee search and selection (in a manufacturing company - an advantage);
- Successful work experience in the field of office administration - would be an advantage;
- Organization, independence and time planning skills;
- Responsibility, initiative, and positivity;
- Communicability, ability and desire to build relationships with colleagues and candidates.
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
