We are currently inviting the head of the Northern region of Private Clients to join our team - a leader who creates and develops one of the largest insurance sales departments in Lithuania. This is a challenging position that requires continuous improvement.

"Lietuvos draudimas" always strives to be a few steps ahead in the market, to look for the best offers and solutions for customers, to maintain the market leadership position and to justify the exceptional trust of customers.

What will your working day look like?
  • Mission and social responsibility. You will ensure that every family in the region has taken care of their health, housing, and car, so that in the event of life's calamities, everything will eventually return to normal.
  • Leadership. You will have 10-12 managers under your command (about 130 employees work in the region), whom you will educate, empower, and show them the direction of leadership. You will have regular 1-2-1 meetings. You will help managers to effectively organize their work and that of their team so that your region achieves both quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Strategy. I participated in strategic sessions, during which you will share ideas, discuss, and make a significant contribution to important business decisions, process digitalization, and product innovations.
  • Exclusive attention to the Client. You will contribute to increasing public financial and digital literacy by providing professional advice to both existing and potential clients. You will ensure the creation of a sustainable relationship between the Client and the company, when professional personal consultation and attention to each Client are harmoniously combined with high-quality digital tools that make everyday life easier.
  • Insights. I will analyze the insurance market, make proposals, initiate the necessary changes and make decisions.
  • Changes. You will feel the pulse of the market, monitor changes and react promptly to them, see emerging opportunities, take action and boldly experiment.
  • We create victories together. I will collaborate with colleagues from other departments in order to improve products, processes, improve customer experience and share my experience, insights, discoveries and lessons with colleagues.
  • Cultivation of values. Colleagues who are result-oriented and demonstrate it are great, but how that result is achieved is no less important. You will be close to: cooperation, freedom of action and the desire to win. Therefore, I will not only demonstrate behaviors based on these values, but also create an environment that nurtures them.

  • Management experience: at least 5 years of management experience in sales and working directly with a team of subordinate managers.
  • Inspirational leadership: the ability to bring a team together, motivate, involve, discover and convey meaning. Excellent public and personal communication skills, openness to feedback from colleagues and employees.
  • Continuous professional growth: higher university education and purposeful independent learning.
  • Strategic thinking: the ability to see opportunities in the market and analyze them.
  • Digital skills: digital tools are an integral part of your everyday life, you are actively interested in and curiously try out all innovations, explore the possibilities of their application in business.
  • In the changes of curiosity, energy and experience: not only the ability to manage them, but also the desire to initiate them, the skill to convince them that they are necessary and their implementation.

Salary: from 550EUR (before taxes) and bonuses are paid annually and quarterly.
