Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Privatecustomer manager assistant to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• You will be the right hand of the manager of private clients;
• I will analyze information about customer documents, granted credit files and fulfillment of customer obligations;
• I will cooperate with existing and potential housing and real estate credit clients, develop long-term and sustainable relationships;
• Communicate and cooperate with clients and other specialists regarding the provision of financing products and other banking services;
• Contribute to the improvement of operational processes in the bank;
• You will develop and grow the talent of your private client manager.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Educational finance in finance or related fields (can also be a final year student);
• Logical thinking and love for mathematical calculations;
• Good working skills in Microsoft Office;
• Eloquence and the ability to present thoughts in an argumentative manner;
• Attention, diligence, positive thinking and the ability to cooperate and work in a team.
