Your main tasks
We invite you to join BSW Engineering, a rapidly growing company specializing in the field of electrical engineering. In your job you will be responsible for:
- Optimizing, maintaining and improving processes in the company;
- Sharepoint system support;
- ISO system support;
- Process KPI monitoring, reporting and data analysis;
- Work with ERP and DVS;
- Communication with external partners;
- Systematization and processing of large arrays of data from different information systems.
Position requirements:
- Basic knowledge in creating processes and analyzing them;
- Knowledge of English (at least B1 level);
- MS Excel skills;
- Interest and knowledge about processes taking place in companies;
- Higher Education;
- Ability to collect data, analyze, summarize information and present conclusions;
- Work experience with MS programs: Power BI, Sharepoint and Power Automate (advantage);
- Willingness to learn, grow and improve!😊
