PROCESS GROUP HEAD(S)

Your main tasks will be:

• Ensure effective and high-quality functioning of supervised customer service processes in the organization;
• Initiate and successfully implement process optimization and automation;
• Proactively implement new, value-creating processes and solutions;
• Implementation of projects/initiatives/changes related to supervised processes in the organization until reaching the final, intended result;
• Analyze, model and document processes and changes related to them, coordinate them with interested parties;
• Carry out periodic monitoring and communication of process results (indicators);
• Constant cooperation with other departments of the organization to implement the change, to obtain knowledge and insights.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 3,124 and EUR 4,686 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
