Process and Operations Management Specialist

✔ Modeling, analysis, adjustment and control of company activity processes;
✔ Identification of redundant, inefficient processes and offering optimization opportunities;
✔ Improvement of the company's operational processes, search for ways to automate and digitize processes;
✔ Performing internal audits, representing the company during external audits;
✔ Providing assistance to managers by determining and analyzing performance indicators;
✔ Communication with company employees to ensure successful implementation and operation of processes;
✔ Maintenance of internal process descriptions, preparation of procedures and other related documentation.

✔ You have process management experience (at a transport company - an advantage);
✔ You have excellent knowledge of the English language (C1/C2 level), we will consider knowledge of the Russian language as an advantage;
✔ You know how to work with large amounts of information and systematize them;
✔ You are able to cooperate with company departments in identifying and clarifying business processes;
✔ You are characterized by initiative, objectivity, independence, diligence, punctuality and quality orientation.

2800-3200 €/mon. gross
Salary depends on experience.
