Our client is a group of companies carrying out international development, actively expanding its activities and looking for a Process Manager to join the work in Kaunas.

WORK FUNCTIONS:

  • Creation of missing processes in the company and improvement of already existing processes.
  • Identification of problematic, redundant process areas and initiation of process restructuring, if necessary.
  • Finding and implementing new solutions to achieve more efficient company operations.
  • Auditing processes, ensuring that processes meet standards, are efficient and operate without defects.
  • Actively working with department heads - consulting and collaborating with them to gain knowledge and insights.
  • Preparation of documents related to the implementation and assurance of processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher Education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in implementing and improving internal business processes.
  • Experience with business process modeling and its representation.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of English.
