YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- You will create a company process management model, organize its implementation and installation;
- You will monitor and improve process management activities in the organization;
- You will evaluate existing technologies and tools and recommend innovative solutions to improve operations;
- You will organize and conduct trainings for the company's employees on process management topics;
- You will cooperate with different departments of the company in identifying, documenting, analyzing and improving their operational processes;
- You will foster a culture of improvement by involving and motivating the company's employees in the processes.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You know the methods and techniques of data collection, processing and process analysis;
- You are an organized leader who strives for a set result;
- You have successful process management implementation and process management experience in large organizations - at least 1 year;
- Experience in managing change;
- You are communicative and able to manage negotiation situations;
- You have experience with BIZAGI or other business process modeling tools;
- You have a university education;
- Excellent Lithuanian and English skills. knowledge.
