Nature of work
- Monitoring and efficiency analysis of company activity processes;
- Ensuring adherence to processes by training responsible employees;
- Audit of processes, ensuring that processes meet standards, are efficient and operate without defects;
- Identification of problematic places of processes and initiation of process transformation in case of need;
- Removal of redundant process chains;
- Project management of change;
- Finding and implementing new solutions and technologies together with colleagues in order to achieve more efficient company operations;
- Constant communication with company managers in all hearings of daily operations;
- Analysis of different company indicators, KPI setting and tracking;
- Ensuring that the formulated strategy is implemented at the operations level;
- Effective resolution of day-to-day operations issues.
What we expect from you:
- Higher university education;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of project management;
- Good oral and written knowledge of English;
- Ability to systematize information and analyze data;
- It is important to have strong skills in project management and organization in order to ensure smooth work;
- We expect you to have excellent decision-making ability and understand the importance of strategic direction in the company's activities.
