BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- analysis of the processes of the company's departments and their improvement, guided by LEAN methods;
- initiation and integration of changes in processes;
- drawing up long-term improvement plans;
- training of other employee development methods;
- preparation of the necessary documentation.
WE HOPE YOU:
- you have experience in the use of process analysis, description and improvement methodologies using LEAN;
- you are able to work in a team, you are communicative and enthusiastic;
- you have experience in the field of production;
- you have excellent computer literacy skills;
- you can communicate fluently in English (oral and written).
