Contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, initiating and managing changes until the final result is achieved;
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality management of customer processes;
• Modeling and documenting processes, ensuring a harmonized process description;
• Determining how data should be managed according to the described processes;
• Controlling process quality, efficiency and risks;
• Participating in the evaluation and selection of modern processes in the new IT system that meet the needs of Ignitis;
• Aligning process groups with stakeholders (inputs and results, responsibilities);
• Forming the activities of working groups related to the implementation of initiated changes;
• Responsible for necessary, sufficient and timely internal and external communication about process changes;
• Collaborating with other departments to gain knowledge and insights.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 3,124 and EUR 4,686 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
