Process Manager

To moderate and coordinate actions and meetings of process development and improvement teams;
Carry out process modeling independently (using Excel);
Consistently perform process monitoring, internal audits of their compliance (results, deadlines);
Educate process owners, participants (employees of the company) in order to initiate and manage process changes, maintaining a unified standard of company process management;
Carry out internal inspections and audits of the company assigned by the management;
Contribute to the creation of documents and procedures;
Smooth communication and cooperation with other departments;
Promote, support and communicate the principles of continuous improvement culture in the company;
Reporting to management.

Experience of similar work (business process modeling);
Higher education in business administration, management, or in another field that is actually applicable to this job;
Strategic thinking, orientation to processes and their improvement to achieve results;
Ability to analyze, quickly absorb information and use it effectively;
Excellent communication and time planning skills;
Coordination capacities of different stakeholders;
Work experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage.
