You will be responsible for:

implementation of process management practices and end-to-end principles in the company;
drawing and analyzing business processes;
non-compliance management;
development and implementation of new IT tools, functionalities in cooperation with IT;
communication of process management activities;
cooperation with Group companies, ensuring the sharing of good practices and creating joint projects.

independence, communication, analytical thinking;
more than 2 years work experience in the field of operational process management;
practical experience of end-to-end process improvement;
abilities to create educational materials;
experience in working with document management systems (SharePoint, PowerBI, JIRA) and process drawing tools (Lucid APP or others);
good project management and MS Office skills, good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
