Job description

Procurement Team Lead is responsible for developing and implementing Supply strategies for dedicated category, conducting negotiations with suppliers, managing relationships with suppliers and implementing agreed commercial terms.

Your Responsibilities:

Search and evaluate potential suppliers, and lead in negotiation to ensure the best possible terms of cooperation.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Analyze procurement data, statistics and key performance indicators and provide reports to stakeholders.
Leads dedicated Supply team, including goal setting, task assignment, providing recommendations, and support.
Ensures successful team performance and collaboration with other organizational units.

Our expectations:

2-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably with leadership experience.
Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation of terms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at least at the C1 level.
