PRODUCT GROUP MANAGER

We are looking for a Product Group Manager to join our Commerce Department.



Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate purchase terms to ensure the best value;
Source and purchase goods, monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products;
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform pricing, promotions, and product assortment decisions;
Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth and meet revenue targets;
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge;
Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders and suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams as Marketing, Marketplace, Supply chain;
Lead and manage a commerce specialist, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

2+ years of experience in category management/ procurement;
High level of ownership - leading the category and owning the strategy and results;
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
A strong point of view on market and user trends in e-commerce;
Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools to manipulate and analyze data to inform decision-making;
Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics;
Good judgment, competent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).

2600-3200 €/mon. gross
Salary level is based on your experience, skills and competencies.
