Vykom is developing a new IT product and is currently looking for a proactive and result-driven Product Owner to join their team in Kaunas.
THE ROLE:
THE ROLE:
- As the Product Owner for Vykom product you will be making sure they build the product which serves their users, in the right order and with the right features.
- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and produce specifications for changes.
- Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional & non-functional specifications
- Communicate with tech team to understand technology and dependencies, determine feasibility, and make the right tradeoffs where necessary.
- Conduct product and market research, propose features, and define their scope together with other members of the product team.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- 2–3 years of experience as product owner or in a similar field.
- Understanding of technology and agile, Scrum principles as well as technological knowledge.
- Strong ability to make decisions, coordinate tasks and oversee the product lifecycle.
- Capabilities in analyzing business needs and converting them into clear product requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to apply knowledge using the broader perspective of the overall business environment.
- Ability to clearly convey, implement ideas and be willing to listen to others.
- Good English skills.
