Position Overview
As the Head-End system Product Owner, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of products aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Definition of requirements for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), comprising smart electricity meters, communication infrastructure and system software.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, effectively communicating requirements and priorities.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer feedback.
- Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and product demonstrations to gather feedback and validate requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing product performance metrics and identifying areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications
- At least bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or IT
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and IT technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Certification in Agile or Product Management is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
