About the role:
You will be part of our Credit and Capital Tribe in Finance, Risk & Compliance Domain that strives to develop and support capabilities and processes enabling smooth internal and external reporting. You will be owning the systems RDD, Customer Sustainability Classification (CSC) and Arrangement Sustainability Classification (ASC) tools that deliver the value for a wide range of the stakeholders within the Group Finance organisation and beyond. Located together with Solution Developers you will be driving the changes and modernizing the solutions.

As a Product Owner, you will be:
- Ensuring efficient product development through all its life cycle
- Prioritizing business and technical requirements
- Working closely with experienced stakeholders to understand customer needs
- Ensuring continuous customer value by monitoring and securing goal fulfilment
- Collaborating and coordinating common activities with other Tribes and teams
- Participating and supporting all Agile activities (Scrum ceremonies)
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Relevant experience as Product Owner, Process expert, Business Analyst or similar
- Agile experience; SAFE methodology, lean and design thinking
- Structured approach and great organizational skills
- Ability to define scope, set priorities and communicate in a convincing way
- Cross collaboration skills and fluency in English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in working with Jira.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3800 - 5600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
