Nature of work
- Live communication with customers, presenting car functions, technologies, accessories and our services.
- Organizing and conducting test drives with customers, presenting cars and answering questions.
- Transfer of purchased cars to customers, presentation of functions and options.
Primary responsibilities
- Helping customers, choosing a model that meets the customer's needs, offering additional accessories and accessories.
- Collaboration and assistance to sales and service teams to meet customer needs.
- Participation in events presenting Toyota products, technologies and services.
- Repeated contacts by phone and e-mail. by mail, with the customer after the cars have been handed over.
Employee requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Knowledge of English (minimum B2) and higher education.
- Excellent knowledge of cars, market and technology and interest in innovations.
- Ability to learn and transfer accumulated knowledge to others.
- Teamwork and excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- Working on a flexible schedule and on Saturdays.
- Working with a computer, MS Office package (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
