- UAB „Holmbergs Safety system“
Nature of work
- Preparation of drawings for production using the Solidworks program
- PPAP (production part approval process) preparation
- Participation in the analysis of possible errors and their consequences (FMEA)
- Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
- Participation in projects
- Product/production/supplier audits
- Optimization of processes, application of Lean and 5S
- Raw materials/products analysis, evaluation
- Planning and organization of testing and preparation of results and analyses
- Knowledge of the quality management system (ISO, IATF)
- Participation in new equipment evaluation and industrialization search
Employee requirements
- Technical – Engineering education
- At least 2 years of engineering experience
- Computer literacy
- Etiquette when communicating by phone or e-mail
- Good knowledge of English (writing and speaking)
- Very good communication and cooperation skills, result oriented
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Responsibility, duty, initiative and ability to analyze
- 5 core tools experience/knowledge
- O.E.E (Overall Equipment Efficiency) experience/knowledge
