The company, whose main activity is the wholesale of optical goods, is looking for team reinforcement. If you are proactive, creative, have experience in B2B sales, have good negotiation skills, and are not afraid of the word "no", we invite you to join us.
Your future duties:
Your future duties:
- Counseling of assigned clients, training, initiation of individual agreements, preparation of contracts and commercial proposals, maintenance of good relations.
- Visiting existing clients throughout Lithuania (70% of work visiting clients; 30% in the office).
- Attracting new customers.
- Implementation of assigned customer sales plans.
- Teamwork with a marketing specialist, preparing product information.
- Participation in the process of creating promotional tools.
- Cooperation with the main suppliers of the company.
- Preparation of reports, analysis of results.
Employee requirements
Our expectations for you:
- Higher or higher education;
- Excellent knowledge of English not only to read, understand, but also to speak and translate texts. Preparation and adaptation of information presented in English for customers in Lithuania.
- Excellent computer skills with MS OFFICE programs. Ability to use formulas in EXCEL calculations;
- Initiative, generation of ideas and quick orientation to changing situations;
- Representative appearance;
- Driver's license and active driving experience are required.
