Analysis and assessment of customer needs, formation, presentation and coordination of possible solutions;
Forming the project team, organizing its work, maintaining communication between team members and ensuring compliance with project deadlines;
Management of project progress, scope, changes and potential risks using project management methodologies;
Management of project documentation.

Employee requirements
Experience in managing IT projects focused on business needs, experience in implementing projects related to banking software and/or payment solutions - a big advantage;
Good command of Russian and English both orally and in writing;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Higher education in information technology, telecommunications, electronics or business management.
