What will you be responsible for:
- you will perform an analysis of the requirements for changes in payment systems, detail the requirements for tasks, prepare payment system specifications in order to implement changes in payment systems that meet the needs of users;
- you will coordinate the requirements of payment systems with IS developers, perform tests of the developed functionality so that the IS meets the set requirements and the customer's needs;
- you will inform department heads and project participants about the progress of IS creation, change, implementation, and emerging problems;
- you will participate in the meetings and contribute to the solutions for the development and implementation of new requirements.
What we expect from you:
- higher education or at least one professional level certificate supporting the qualification (eg: operational/IT analyst);
- at least 3 years of practical experience in requirements gathering, IS specification, needs analysis, documentation;
- at least 1-2 years of experience working in IT projects/initiatives;
- very good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) skills;
- good technical knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- experience working with Confluence, JIRA;
- analytical thinking, communication and the ability to mediate between the customer and technical staff, responsibility, the ability to work in a team, the ability to independently perform assigned tasks.
Advantages:
- PO (product owner) experience in IT projects;
- practical experience in programming and/or testing.
