Nature of work

  • management of the barbecue (fried parts, shaped products) category, development and management of existing and new products in line with market trends in the local and export markets;
  • development of existing and new markets and sales channels, analytics, strategic vision of market and product basket opportunities;
  • management of assortment and pricing in sales channels;
  • efficient utilization of production bases in Lithuania and Latvia.

We hope you

  • you have a higher education in the fields of marketing or management;
  • you have at least 2 years of FMCG product basket management experience;
  • you constantly improve your professional knowledge and skills;
  • you are focused on the client and the result, you strive for the goal;
  • you have excellent sales and negotiation skills;
  • you are open to change, proactive;
  • you have the skills of communication, problem solving, standards maintenance;
  • you know English (oral and written) and/or Russian;
  • you have a driver's license, category B.
