What will you do in this position?

• You will create, manage and improve existing and new products and functionalities;
  
• I coordinate and control the quality of the products being developed and their compliance with the established requirements;
  
• Analyze development needs, prepare requirements descriptions;
  
• In cooperation with the IT development team, you will plan development work and perform testing;
  
• You will ensure the elimination of technical problems;
  
• Consolidate and analyze data, make proposals for data quality and process improvement;
  
• You will perform market and customer needs analysis;
  
• Forming product strategy and tactical actions;

• Having experience in leading product creation and development (minimum experience – 2 years);
  
• Knowledgeable in project management and the most effective processes;
  
• Able to collect, analyze, systematize information, prepare conclusions and proposals;
  
• Having strong analytical thinking, the ability to independently plan and organize their activities;
  
• Able to make decisions, solve problems, work in a team, communicate with clients;
  
• Having experience in the field of health/medicine (advantage);
  
• Communicative, attentive, positive and striving for results;
  
• Constantly wanting to improve and improve his daily activities;
  
• Having good knowledge of English (advantage);

2500-3310 €/mon. gross
The specific remuneration will depend on the experience and competences available.
