We are looking for an insightful and motivated Product Manager to join our team and help expand our digital multi-surface printing product offering.
This role requires an excellent understanding of customer needs, the ability to provide targeted proposals in cooperation with the design, marketing, production team.

Main tasks
- Understand and analyze customer needs in order to offer them suitable products and solutions;
- Actively collaborate with designers, ensuring product design meets customer expectations and ensuring the highest market standards;
- Plan product development strategies in order to achieve established sales and development goals;
- Organize and coordinate projects from idea to final implementation in compliance with established deadlines and budget;
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients;
- Don't be afraid of "cold calls", because you will need such means to find customers;
- Follow market trends and competitors' activities, identify new opportunities for improving products and services.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in the fields of business management, marketing or design;
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, sales or a related field, especially - working with the production of digital printing products;
- Excellent understanding of design principles and ability to effectively communicate with clients;
- Organization, planning skills, perseverance, achieving set goals/results;
- Orientation to results, initiative, innovativeness, interest in technology;
- Optimistic search for solutions in various situations;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, interpersonal communication skills, developed sales nerve;
- Ability to communicate freely in English both orally and in writing;
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, developing several projects at the same time.
