Nature of work
- Effective management of the product group in Lithuania and Latvia
- Active communication with suppliers/manufacturers
- Planning and execution of sales plans and budget
- Negotiations with pharmacy and retail chains (introduction, promotions, exhibitions)
- Comparative analysis of products, forecast, profitability control
- Coordination of actions with other departments
- Marketing strategy planning and implementation
- Internal training and product presentations
Employee requirements
- Successful product/sales manager/executive experience (>2 years)
- Knowledge of the specifics of working with trade and pharmacy chains
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good English. knowledge (at least B2 level)
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Internal motivation and orientation towards the result
- Excellent negotiation, communication, planning and problem solving skills
