Search Manager for Product Testers

We are constantly introducing many new products to the European market and improving the old ones. In order to be able to offer consumers the highest quality products that meet consumer expectations, we need to receive feedback from buyers about these products. We are currently looking for a team member to find potential product testers to give feedback on our products after trying them out for free.

• In the UK, Germany and other relevant markets, using social. networks to find people who would like to try our new product for free and give it an evaluation.
  
• Communicate with customers whose expectations our product did not meet and find out the reasons.
  
• Constantly monitor the evaluations of products sold by the company on trading platforms, with the possibility of commenting on the evaluation.
  
• Monitor competitors' products, their evaluations on sales platforms and make recommendations based on what customers like about competitors' products.
  
• Give suggestions for product improvement based on customer evaluations.
  
• Provide proposals as efficiently as possible to find suitable product testers in the shortest possible time.
  
• Constantly learning and improving and being able to adapt to changing e-mails. in the world of commercial rules.

• Good knowledge of English.
  
• Experience in working with social networks, as we receive a lot of inquiries via Facebook and Instagram.
  
• Empathy, the ability to empathize with the client's situation.
